In the first quarter of 2025, the dining and restaurant app sector in Guatemala showed varied performance across the top applications on iOS. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps exhibited distinct trends in downloads and active user engagement.

McDonald's Express saw a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 2.1K at the beginning of January and reaching around 2.6K by the end of March. The app's weekly active users fluctuated, with a peak of about 45.6K in late January, before settling at approximately 37.9K by the end of the quarter.

Taco Bell Guatemala experienced a notable surge in weekly downloads, especially in the last week of March, with figures rising to about 2.6K. Active users also increased steadily, culminating in a high of 5.3K in the same period.

Starbucks Guatemala showed a decline in weekly downloads, from around 1.1K in early January to approximately 739 by March's end. However, the app maintained a steady increase in active users, reaching about 2.9K in late March.

Pollo Campero Guatemala had relatively stable weekly downloads, maintaining figures around 800 to 1K throughout the quarter.

Domino's Pizza América Latina demonstrated a decline in weekly downloads from around 850 at the start of the quarter to about 689 by March's end. In contrast, active users increased from approximately 4.8K in early January to 6.8K by the end of March.
